One of the goals we are trying to achieve is to become recognizable and identified as a company, not as a group of separate individuals. The easy way to accomplish this goal is to develop an easy-to-recognize tone and style while communicating with partners and clients.
The generalized Out Of Office template helps us achieve the goal stated above. The template we’ve developed contains every bit of information that could be helpful to the person who receives the email while you’re out of the office.
