Overview
We want all of our offices to reflect the values and identity of TD Baltic. To achieve this, we built every office of ours from scratch.
Interior
The office in each country follows identical guidelines. Our offices are both modern and functional, minimal, thus not dull. Open Space Interior was the central concept that guided us while creating the office environment of all three countries.  This type of interior led us to create an office without hard partitions. Private Meeting Rooms are the only separated spaces in the whole office. Meeting Rooms are separated using glass doors to maintain openness and transparency – our company's core values.

Colors
The primary color used in the interior of our offices is white. We chose this color to be our leading color for a few reasons. Firstly, it enables our offices to create an openness and trust aura around them. With white color being the dominant one our offices must be precisely clean and peaceful. Lastly, the white color lets us design a minimal office environment.
For accent colors, we use grey, black and orange accents. Contrasty accent colors provide liveliness to our mainly calm office environment.
Posters
Posters on office walls show our most valuable partners. These posters hang in the client-facing areas presenting our most important partners to everyone.
